Commit & Act (CAA) currently operates in two countries: Sierra Leone in West Africa, and Colombia in South America. In both places, our goal is to bring evidence-based mental health support to vulnerable populations affected by trauma, violence, and social upheaval, through training, clinical services, legal and medical help, and local partnerships.
